Age Suitability & Supervision
WhimsyBloom products are designed for children aged 3 years and older, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
All products must be used under constant and direct adult supervision at all times. These items are not intended for unsupervised use under any circumstances.

Safety Information
While WhimsyBloom prioritises safety in all product design and preparation, sensory play materials carry inherent risks. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Storage & Care
To maintain product quality and safety, you agree to the following:

Keep items sealed or properly stored when not in use

Do not expose to moisture or damp conditions

Dispose of any product that shows signs of mould, odour, or deterioration
Shipping & Dispatch
Processing times are as follows:

Sensory products: 3–5 business days before dispatch

Sensory tables: 10–15 business days before dispatch
Once orders have been dispatched, WhimsyBloom is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, postal services, or external factors beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
Cancellations are only permitted within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders are immediately processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
This cancellation policy does not apply to digital products, which are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
